Neuro Kinetic Therapy
A relatively new, powerful and forward thinking approach to treating the body by using manual muscle testing to map out the the neural connection from the brain to the body. By involving the brains Motor Control Centre in the equation, it is possible to remap the neural pathway to allow proper muscle stimulus on demand and many clients have a ‘reawakening’ moment where they reconnect with muscles and are subsequently able to restablish good patterns and movement to get out of pain.
Weight Management and Nutrition:
From basic do’s and donts to more in depth discussions and advice on how your body works, the hormonal impact of food and weight management and finding an eating plan that works with your lifestyle. Learn the real reasons for fat gain and learn how to avoid them.

Pain Management:
A particular speciality for me as I personally suffered from back pain for years. After researching some of the main contributing factors to back pain, I developed systems of movement and exercises designed to reduce and manage lower back and allow clients to regain control of their everyday movements in daily life.

Whatever sport you do or event you’re aiming for, we can make you better. Whether cycling or swimming, running or golf, tennis or surfing – time spent working on key aspects of strength and conditioning in a studio environment quickly pays dividends for you and your results.

Pre & Post Natal :
Important for healthy mums and mums to be. The better condition your body is in prior to birth has been shown to assist in childbirth and for returning to an active lifestyle post baby.
